This is an artistic wine, only one developed in a period of 12 months of aging in French oak and Hungarian oak barrels.

A clean and bright ruby red color with traces of truffle, chocolate and vanilla. Smoke and tobacco stand out on the nose, which is characteristic of this variety. Cassis and toasty oak hints appear in the mouth, tannic; the fine wood gives flavors of spices such as cocoa, vanilla and coffee, warm, persistent and durable.

Superb with game meat, meat fondue and pasta with tomato sauce.
